Prepare the award entry documents according to the guideline.
Log into the system https://gcsa.ksong.com.tw/ enterprise/login The registration can be saved into the system before final submission, it is recommended that you should familiarise with the system.
Once you have completed all of the procedure, your entry is complete upon payment for entry.
Once you have submitted the entry, you will receive notification from the host upon submission. It is recommended that you inform the host that your procedure has been completed.
The award winners will be determined after review by the judging panel, participants will be informed separately about their results. Please be informed that the results should not be publically disclosed until formal announcement made prior to the ceremony.
The award ceremony will be held in November during the annual Global Corporate Sustainability Forum in Taipei. With the uncertainty of COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, the award ceremony may be hold in a different form in 2020 based on travel restrictions set by authorities.
The participants will receive feedbacks from the judging panel, it is highly recommended that the feedbacks should be reviewed for advancement in corporate sustainability.
