Best Practices Award
Introduction
The Best Practices Award honors organizations for outstanding sustainability practices that demonstrate measurable impact. Applications should highlight specific sustainability practices that have made meaningful impacts. Practices should demonstrate measurable milestones with verifiable results that can be presented to the judging panel. Applications are not restricted by time period, length, development stage, or areas of focus. Organizations may submit multiple entries.
Award Fee and Payment Methods
The GCSA 2026 adopts a two-tier fee structure to ensure a comprehensive and fair evaluation process:
• Account Registration Fee: A one-time fee of NT$26,000 (US$ 830) per organization account.
• Entry Review Fee: A fee of NT$15,000 (US$ 470) is applicable for each award entry submitted

Application Requirements
- After registering your organization and user account, complete the online application form. For required field details, refer to the Application Form (Appendix III).
- Best Practices Award applicants must select the primary focus area and primary SDG focus (Goals 1–17) that best represent their submission. Focus area options include: Environmental, Social, or Governance Initiatives, combined ESG pairings, or Comprehensive ESG Initiatives.
- During the application, upload a high-resolution photo (JPEG, 300 DPI minimum) representing the practice, along with a practice summary (max 1,000 characters). This information will be used for GCSA promotional purposes and cannot be modified after submission, so please ensure accuracy at the time of applying.
- Optional supplementary materials (charts, photos, or additional explanations) may be submitted as a single PDF (max 10MB). Documents exceeding 10 pages including the cover will not be forwarded to the judging panel.
