Aligning to the United Nations SDGs, Taiwan Institute For Sustainable Energy (TAISE) has been organizing the Global Corporate Sustainability Award (GCSA) for seven years, aiming to recognize enterprises and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to achieving sustainable development goals. The GCSA not only aims to raise awareness of sustainability principles and practices but also endeavors to acknowledge the efforts of all sectors towards sustainable development. Through the ongoing development of corporate sustainability, the GCSA aims to reach world standards, delve into multifaceted sustainability issues, and cultivate global corporate attention to corporate social responsibility and sustainability issues.
The GCSA invites professional international judges to thoroughly examine participants' effectiveness in sustainability practices from diverse perspectives, serving as the best diagnostic tool for corporate sustainability check-ups. By exploring multifaceted sustainability issues, it builds bridges between Taiwan and the international community, collectively showcasing a commitment to social responsibility and sustainability. Registration for this award is open until August 10th, and we warmly welcome active participation from corporations, universities, healthcare institutions, government bodies, and NGOs.
This global honorific benchmark consists of two major awards: the Sustainability Reporting Award and the Best Practice Award. The Sustainability Reporting Award aims to recognize companies that disclose transparent and credible sustainability information. Evaluation criteria include, but are not limited to, the performance outcomes of the submitted reports and their alignment with international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Integrated Reporting (IR), or the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). The Best Practice Award aims to recognize outstanding achievements in sustainability. Entrants can submit multiple case studies without restrictions on duration, project progress, or focused issues, although highlighting case outcomes is recommended.
The GCSA award ceremony is held in conjunction with the largest global sustainability forum in Asia, aiming to witness the radiant manifestation of corporate social responsibility together at this grand event of sustainable development.
